The Benefits of Breast Massage

Massaging your breasts might seem like it can’t offer much outside of the moment, but that actually isn’t true. In fact, regular breast stimulation can actually improve your health, build sensitivity, and even release tension.

Here are some of the amazing benefits of breast massage:

Detoxify The Body

Did you know that the breast area is actually a hotspot for your lymphatic system? The area surrounding your breasts is filled with lymph nodes. Stimulating them is a great way to help your immune system to work more effectively. When you stimulate your lymph nodes, you help them to process toxins more quickly so that they can filter out the built-up junk in your body!

Experience Breast & Nipple Orgasms!

Most women enjoy having their breasts touched, but few actively experience orgasms from them. Though you might feel like this is an impossible feat for you, it really isn’t. My daily routine is something that I do in the shower as a part of my getting ready process. I like to begin with a short lymphatic draining sequence to activate the lymph nodes before moving to the actual breast massage. My results have been great and I hope that it works the same for you!

Lymphatic Draining Sequence

  1. Using gentle pressure, begin to massage from the top of your neck down across your shoulders.
  2. Move down towards your collar bones, pressing your fingers from the center outwards toward your shoulders.
  3. Move down to your armpit and gently massage this area on each side.

Breast Stimulation Sequence

  1. Using firm gentle pressure, begin to massage the top of your breast tissue with a downward motion, almost like you are petting yourself.
  2. After a minute or two, move down and begin to massage your bra line. This is particularly important if you wear a wired bra. Using your fingertips, massage out any tension or knots.
  3. Once you have relieved any tension, begin to massage the outer part of your breasts in a circular motion, navigating around the nipple. Complete this process by changing directions so stimulate more thoroughly.
  4. Reaching towards the inner side of your breasts, use your fingertips to pull your breasts outwards, then switch and push them back together. Repeat this process multiple times.
  5. Grabbing both breasts, begin to gently bounce them to wake them up and stimulate the area. Complete this step with an audible sigh, allowing yourself to shake any tension loose.
  6. Starting at your nipple, drag your fingers outward, then move them back towards the center.
  7. Finally, create gentle circles around your nipples using the palm of your hands and your fingertips.

When you begin this process, there are a few ways that you can really help to guarantee your success. Whether it is simply building upon the technique or just boosting your response to it, there are plenty of great ways to get more out of this process.

Use Oils

Massage oils are great for comfortably massaging your breasts (and other parts of your body!). Oil allows for smooth and easy motions, making it possible for you to stimulate your breasts more effectively.

Try Some Music

Music is a calming presence that can dramatically improve your experience. The right music can help you to get out of your head and into your body. Find calming music, or even just music that makes you more open to self-love.

Use Breast Massage Before Sex or Self-Love

When you massage your breasts, you open your body up to receive more pleasure. It is a great way to really pull yourself into your body and boost your sense of intimacy. Even better, it will stimulate your breasts and open you up to feeling more of a physical response to pleasure.

Try It With A Partner
